Scheduled Redemption Amount definition

Scheduled Redemption Amount means, in respect of each revelant Debenture on the Scheduled Redemption Date, the amount as set out in Schedule 6 (Debenture Repayment Schedule) of Part A (Statutory/Standard information pertaining to issuance of non- convertible debentures) of this Deed.
Scheduled Redemption Amount means, in relation to a Note, the pro rata share per Authorised Denomination of an amount equal to the net proceeds of redemption or realisation of the Charged Assets, less any due yet unpaid fees and costs provided that the Scheduled Redemption Amount cannot be a negative amount.
Scheduled Redemption Amount means, in respect of each Debenture on the Scheduled Redemption Date, the amount as set out in Schedule 6 (Debenture Repayment Schedule) of Part A (Statutory/Standard information pertaining to issuance of non-convertible debentures).

Examples of Scheduled Redemption Amount in a sentence

  • Scheduled Redemption Amount: In respect of each Note, 100% of the AuthorisedDenomination, subject to Early Redemption.

  • Unless previously redeemed, purchased and cancelled as provided in this Condition 7, each Note which provides for “Instalment Dates” and “Instalment Amounts” will be partially redeemed on each Instalment Date at the specified Instalment Amount, whereupon the outstanding principal amount of such Note and its Scheduled Redemption Amount (unless specified otherwise in the Constituting Instrument) shall be reduced for all purposes by the Instalment Amount.

  • Such net proceeds may be insufficient to pay all the amounts due to the Swap Counterparty (if any) and to pay to the Noteholders amounts equal to the Scheduled Redemption Amount and the interest which would otherwise accrue to the date of redemption.

  • Unless previously redeemed or purchased and cancelled as provided below, each Note (other than an Interest Only Note) will be redeemed at its Scheduled Redemption Amount (as defined in Condition 7(e)) on the date specified as the Maturity Date in the Terms (the “Maturity Date”).

  • Unless otherwise stated in the Constituting Instrument, no Scheduled Redemption Amount will be payable on an Interest Only Note.

  • Subject to the provisions of Condition 7(d)(3) below, the Amortised Face Amount of any Zero Coupon Note shall be the Scheduled Redemption Amount of such Note on the Maturity Date discounted at a rate per annum (expressed as a percentage) equal to the Amortisation Yield specified in the Constituting Instrument compounded annually.

  • The net sums (if any) realised upon the security becoming enforceable on the early redemption of the Notes pursuant to the Conditions (including Condition 7(b) and 7(c) above) may be insufficient to pay all the amounts due to the Swap Counterparty (if any) and to pay to the Noteholders amounts equal to the Scheduled Redemption Amount and the interest which would otherwise accrue to the date of redemption as a Redemption Amount pursuant to Condition 7(e).

  • Scheduled Redemption Amount: Unless redeemed earlier as otherwise provided herein, each Note shall be redeemed on the Maturity Date at its outstanding principal amount.

  • Such net proceeds may be insufficient to pay all the amounts due to each Swap Counterparty and to pay to the Noteholders amounts equal to the Scheduled Redemption Amount and the interest which would otherwise accrue to the date of redemption.

Related to Scheduled Redemption Amount

  • Scheduled Redemption Date means the first (1st) Business Day following the twenty first (21st) anniversary of the Issue Date.

  • Minimum Redemption Amount has the meaning specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Triggering Redemption Amount means, for each share of Preferred Stock, the sum of (a) the greater of (i) 130% of the Stated Value and (ii) the product of (y) the VWAP on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of the Triggering Event and (z) the Stated Value divided by the then Conversion Price, (b) all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon and (c) all liquidated damages and other costs, expenses or amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.

  • Maximum Redemption Amount has the meaning specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest on the Debenture and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Final Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Monthly Redemption Amount means, as to a Monthly Redemption, one seventh of the original principal amount at 110% of such principal amount, plus accrued but unpaid interest, liquidated damages and any other amounts then owing to the Holder in respect of this Note.

  • Term Redemption Date means, with respect to any Series, the date specified as the Term Redemption Date in the Appendix for such Series.

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Put) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Minimum Redemption means, in relation to the Euro Non-RDR ‘Retail’ Unhedged Distribution Shares, a minimum redemption of €250 or such lesser amount as may be agreed by the Directors;

  • Specified Redemption Date means the tenth (10th) Business Day after receipt by the General Partner of a Notice of Redemption; provided that if the Company combines its outstanding REIT Shares, no Specified Redemption Date shall occur after the record date of such combination of REIT Shares and prior to the effective date of such combination.

  • Redemption Amount means, as appropriate, the Final Redemption Amount, the Early Redemption Amount (Tax), the Optional Redemption Amount (Call), the Optional Redemption Amount (Put), the Early Termination Amount or such other amount in the nature of a redemption amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Final Preference Share Redemption Amount means, subject to the provisions of the Articles and the Conditions, in respect of each Preference Share, an amount expressed in the Settlement Currency determined by the Calculation Agent equal to the Notional Amount multiplied by:

  • Automatic Early Redemption Amount means the Automatic Early Redemption Amount specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Monthly Redemption Date means the 1st of each month, commencing immediately upon the nine month anniversary of the Original Issue Date and terminating upon the full redemption of this Debenture.

  • Final Redemption Date means for each Series, the final redemption date specified in the Final Terms for such Series.

  • Early Redemption Amount means in respect of each Note in circumstances where such Notes are redeemed early pursuant to Conditions 7(b) or (c), the outstanding principal amount of each Note, unless otherwise specified in the Final Terms or Series Offering Document, as applicable;

  • Optional Redemption Pricing Date means a Valuation Date on which a Redemption Order is determined to be valid and accepted by or on behalf of the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.

  • Mandatory Redemption Amount means an amount per ETP Security calculated by the Determination Agent equal to the greater of:

  • Early Preference Share Redemption Amount means, subject to the provisions of the Articles and the Conditions, in respect of each Preference Share, an amount expressed in the Settlement Currency calculated by the Calculation Agent as the fair market value (calculated without taking into account the creditworthiness of the Company) of a Preference Share as of the Early Preference Share Valuation Date taking into account such factor(s) as the Calculation Agent determines appropriate, including, but not limited to, the relevant Early Preference Share Redemption Event after deducting any Associated Costs (to the extent not already reflected in such fair market value).

  • Special Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.

  • Early Redemption Amount (k means the "Early Redemption Amount (k)" as calculated or, respectively specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 4 (2) of the Special Conditions.

  • Optional Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Final Redemption Value means the Underlying Reference Value.
