Scheduled Quantity definition

Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.

Scheduled Quantity or “SQ” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.4.1;

More Definitions of Scheduled Quantity

Scheduled Quantity means the quantity of Gas confirmed by Transporter(s) for movement, transportation or management.

Scheduled Quantity means the quantity of Natural Gas in Dth that (a) Shipper nominates for receipt by Transporter at a Receipt Point (including lost-and-unaccounted- for gas) and/or for redelivery by Transporter to or for the account of Shipper at a Delivery Point, and that (b) Transporter schedules for receipt or delivery, and that (c) the operator of the connecting facilities confirms.
