Scheduled Outages definition

Scheduled Outages means the planned unavailability of transmission and/or generation facilities dispatched by a Party, as described in Article Seven of this Agreement, and do not include forced or other unplanned outages.
Scheduled Outages has the meaning ascribed to it in Article 14;
Scheduled Outages means any downtime attributable to preventive or emergency maintenance or other routine maintenance including by way of example but not limited to software updates.

Examples of Scheduled Outages in a sentence

  • NAC Data Centers will be available on a 7 (day) x 24 (hour) x 365 (day) basis, except for Scheduled Outages which NAC will inform Customer of it at least seven (7) days in advance.

  • Availability calculations will exclude Scheduled Outages for maintenance and similar scheduled downtime.

  • Those excluded Outages are: • Scheduled Outages; • Outages caused by events originating outside the PTO's system; and • Outages demonstrated to have been caused by earthquakes.

  • Such interruptions include only interruptions caused by matters under NAC direct control and do not include Scheduled Outages.

  • Such notice to Customer regarding Scheduled Outages shall include an estimate as to the expected duration of the Scheduled Outage.


More Definitions of Scheduled Outages

Scheduled Outages shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Sections 3.08(a)(ii) and 3.08(a)(iii) of this Agreement.
Scheduled Outages mean planned interruptions in the Cloud Site to make changes to Flexera Software’s systems. Flexera Software regularly evaluates web site traffic patterns in order to determine low usage times in which to perform Scheduled Outages. If Licensee’s Cloud Site is located in Flexera Software’s US data center, Scheduled Outages of 2 hours or less in duration will be conducted Monday through Thursday between 5:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m., or between 6:00 a.m. Saturday and 12:00 p.m. Sunday, Pacific time and Scheduled Outages that exceed 2 hours will be conducted between 6:00 a.m. Saturday and 12:00 p.m.
Scheduled Outages means periods of time scheduled in advance that Ramboll temporarily interrupts the Services for updates, upgrades, maintenance or for any other identified reason or purpose including an established framework for scheduling and managing such outages Software shall mean Ramboll’s LAWLY software specified in the Supply Agreement, including Major Versions. For the purposes of this Agreement, Software shall be construed widely to include the Documentation; Specification shall mean:
Scheduled Outages means planned outages or reductions in availability or output in order perform maintenance in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations and PPA Prudent Utility Practices scheduled pursuant to the Power Purchase Agreement.
Scheduled Outages shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Market Rule 1 of the ISO Tariff.
Scheduled Outages means outages that are documented, planned and communicated in advance and are not considered MD for purposes of this calculation. This includes all Scheduled Maintenance periods. MD includes unscheduled outages associated with a Critical Issue, as defined in Table 1, reported by either party. This excludes Issues not attributable to CGI or its Subcontractors and/or causes for which CGI or its Subcontractors are not independently accountable.
