Scheduled Outage definition

Scheduled Outage has the meaning given to it in the Grid Code;
Scheduled Outage means the final outage plan as approved by the RPC as per the provisions of the Grid Code;
Scheduled Outage means the period that the System is not available for use by the Communications Provider in order for BT to perform certain tasks including, but not limited to, routine maintenance, testing, changing configurations, software upgrades and updating facilities as detailed in sub clause 4.2. Examples of Scheduled Outage in a sentence

  • Customer shall be permitted twenty-four (24) hours of daylight offline (each, a “Scheduled Outage”) per Site per calendar year during the Term, during which hours Customer shall not be obligated to accept, and if not accepted, pay for Energy; provided, however, that Customer shall have notified Provider in writing of each such Scheduled Outage at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the commencement of such Scheduled Outage.

  • Purchaser shall be permitted to be off line for a total of forty-eight (48) daylight hours (each, a “Scheduled Outage”) per calendar year during the Term, during which hours Purchaser shall not be obligated to accept or pay for electricity from the System; provided, however, that Purchaser must notify Seller in writing of each such Scheduled Outage at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the commencement of a Scheduled Outage.

  • The Parties agree to the following with respect to transmission and generation Scheduled Outage coordination.


More Definitions of Scheduled Outage

Scheduled Outage means any outage with respect to the Facility other than a Forced Outage.
Scheduled Outage shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.

Scheduled Outage shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.5. “Site” has the meaning set forth in the first recital.
Scheduled Outage means an outage which is scheduled in advance for the purpose of' performing maintenance on the Facility.
Scheduled Outage means a planned interruption of the generating capability of the Project or a Generating Unit.
