Examples of Scheduled Outage in a sentence
Customer shall be permitted twenty-four (24) hours of daylight offline (each, a “Scheduled Outage”) per Site per calendar year during the Term, during which hours Customer shall not be obligated to accept, and if not accepted, pay for Energy; provided, however, that Customer shall have notified Provider in writing of each such Scheduled Outage at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the commencement of such Scheduled Outage.
Purchaser shall be permitted to be off line for a total of forty-eight (48) daylight hours (each, a “Scheduled Outage”) per calendar year during the Term, during which hours Purchaser shall not be obligated to accept or pay for electricity from the System; provided, however, that Purchaser must notify Seller in writing of each such Scheduled Outage at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the commencement of a Scheduled Outage.
The Parties shall exchange the most current information on proposed Scheduled Outage information and provide a timely response on potential impacts of proposed Scheduled Outages.
The Seller shall attempt to coordinate any Scheduled Outage, subject to Good Utility Practice, with the Buyer's reasonable written request.
The Parties agree to the following with respect to transmission and generation Scheduled Outage coordination.
