SCHEDULED LAND definition

SCHEDULED LAND means land admeasuring 65429.95 sqm. thereabout lying and situated under various khasra nos. in the Village of Thada and Udaipur, Tehsil Tijara, Distt. Alwar, Rajasthan as delineated and shown in the map attached herewith as Part II of Schedule A on which the Whole Project named Ashiana Advik, comprising of different phases is being developed and is demarcated and shown in Part II of Schedule-A.

SCHEDULED LAND means land admeasuring 9469.56 sq. mtr. bearing Khasara No. 582/31, 583/32, 584/33, 585/36(Part) situated at Village Borkhera, Tehsil Ladpura, Kota (Rajasthan) on which the Project named “GURU NANAK HOUSING” is being developed and more fully described in Schedule 1;

SCHEDULED LAND means the land described in Schedule 1 and Schedule 2;

More Definitions of SCHEDULED LAND

SCHEDULED LAND means land admeasuring 7374.00 sq.meters situated at Khasra Xx. 000/0000 X, 000, 000, 000 X and 768 M at Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx & Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx on which the Project named TARANG is being developed and more fully described in Schedule A; s) "SUPER BUILT UP AREA" includes area of rooms, kitchen, 50% of area of balcony/verandah, toilet, walls & proportionate common area of each Building permissible under the provisions of "Chief Minister Awas Yojana, 2015".

SCHEDULED LAND means land admeasuring 3885.00 Sq. Mtr. and there about lying and situated at - Commercial Belt "C", Vikramaditya Marg, PO Agrawal Farm, Ward No. 41, Mansarovar, Tehsil: Sanganer, Jaipur 302020 which the Whole Project named Dwarka Residency Ph-1, comprising of different phases, is being developed and is demarcated and shown in Schedule- I Part A.

SCHEDULED LAND means land admeasuring measuring 34816.61 Sqm. and thereabout lying and situated at Village-Bhankrota, Jaisinghpura Road, Near Hanging Gardens, Tehsil-Sanganer, District- Jaipur, Rajasthan is being developed and as shown in Part I of Schedule- A.

SCHEDULED LAND means land admeasuring sq. mtr. bearing no. situated at Village Nanta, Tehsil Ladpura, Kota (Rajasthan) on which the Project named “Xxxxxxxxxxx Apartment” is being developed and more fully described in Schedule 1;
