Downtime does not include Scheduled Downtime, the unavailability of Service add-on features, the inability to access the Service due to your modifications of the Service, or periods where the Scale Unit capacity is exceeded.
Targeted Minutes of Operation or TMO means total minutes cumulative across all Applications in the applicable month minus the Scheduled Downtime in the Month.
Browns Hill will endeavor to provide notification by telephone that the Scheduled Downtime is about to commence and confirm completion of all prerequisites to the work to be accomplished during the Scheduled Downtime.
