Scheduled Dissolution Date means, in respect of each Series, the date specified as such in the applicable Final Terms;

For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that the relevant Dissolution Date falls after the Scheduled Dissolution Date, no profit will accrue from and including the Scheduled Dissolution Date.
Unless the Certificates are redeemed, purchased and/or cancelled earlier, each Certificate shall be redeemed on the Scheduled Dissolution Date at its Dissolution Distribution Amount.
