Scheduled Commitment Termination Date definition

Scheduled Commitment Termination Date means, unless otherwise extended pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.14, the Payment Date occurring in May 2024.

More Definitions of Scheduled Commitment Termination Date

Scheduled Commitment Termination Date means June 1, 2024, as such date may be extended by mutual agreement of the parties hereto (each, in their sole and absolute discretion) pursuant to Sections 2.23 and 12.01(b).
