Scheduled COD definition

Scheduled COD or “Scheduled Commercial Operation Date” shall mean the date …………………. (Insert a date within 12 (twelve) months from the date of execution of the PPA.)
Scheduled COD in relation to an Element(s) shall mean the date(s) as mentioned in Schedule 3 as against such Element(s) and in relation to the Project, shall mean the date as mentioned in Schedule 3 as against such Project, subject to the provisions of Article 4.4 of this Agreement, or such date as may be mutually agreed among the Parties;

Examples of Scheduled COD in a sentence

  • The TSP shall take all necessary steps to commence work on the Project from the Effective Date of the Agreement and shall achieve Scheduled COD of the Project in accordance with the time schedule specified in Schedule 3 of this Agreement.

  • Not later than 30 days prior to the Scheduled COD of the Generating Unit, DISCOM shall cause to put in place an irrevocable revolving Letter of Credit issued in favour of Solar Power Developer by a Scheduled Bank (the “Letter of Credit”) for one month’s billing value.

  • Provided that if COD is delayed beyond 120 days after the Scheduled COD, the Lead ULBs shall, subject to the provisions of Article 28 of the Concession Agreement, be entitled to terminate the Concession Agreement and to appropriate the Construction Performance Security.

More Definitions of Scheduled COD

Scheduled COD means for each Project listed on Schedule I attached hereto, the “Scheduled COD” set forth on Schedule I in respect of such Project.
Scheduled COD or “Scheduled Commercial Operation Date” means in respect of the Facility, the date falling on the last day of the expiry of 6 months from the Effective Date, as extended or pre-poned in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement;
