Scheduled Call definition

Scheduled Call means a Service Call for which Gap has agreed that the Supplier CSR is to arrive at the affected Covered Location at a mutually agreed date and time.

Scheduled Call means the purchase of all of the Perpetual Capital Notes by KGHL (or another designated purchaser) for the Call Price on the Scheduled Call Date. The Scheduled Call is described in Section 4.13, "The Scheduled Call".

  • Your Perpetual Capital Notes will not be purchased by KGHL under the Scheduled Call unless the Scheduled Call Conditions are met.
