Scheduled Aircraft definition

Scheduled Aircraft means a Civil Aircraft operated by a scheduled airline which:
Scheduled Aircraft means any civilian aircraft operated by a civilian scheduled air carrier holding a certificate, license or similar authorisation for civilian scheduled air carrier transport issued by the country of the aircraft’s registry, and which in accordance therewith flies, maintains and publishes tariffs for regular passenger service between named cities at regular and specified times, on regular or chartered flights operated by such carrier.

  • Subject to the terms of the Purchase Agreement, the Detail Specification may, by mutual agreement between Lessee and Lessor, be amended from time to time by change order or other written agreement, which shall set forth in detail the particular changes to design, performance, weight, balance, Scheduled Aircraft Delivery and Rent for the Aircraft and the other provisions of this Agreement.

  • The revised Reference Price at the Scheduled Aircraft Delivery Month shall not be subject to any further adjustments in the indices.

  • If, following notice of an anticipated delay under Article 16(b)(ii), this Lease is not terminated in accordance with the provisions of such Article, then the Scheduled Aircraft Delivery for the Aircraft otherwise required hereunder shall be extended by a period equal to the resulting delay.

  • In the event that prior to delivery the Aircraft is, due to any cause, lost, destroyed or damaged beyond repair (and this Agreement has not been terminated in accordance with this Article 16), or is damaged to the extent that it cannot be repaired to new condition by replacement parts and delivered in accordance with the Scheduled Aircraft Delivery, the time reasonably required to furnish a replacement for the Aircraft or to accomplish such repairs shall be deemed an Excusable Delay.

  • Should the above escalation provisions become null and void by action of the US Government, the Reference Price shall be adjusted due to increases in the costs of labour, material and fuel which have occurred from the period represented by the applicable Reference Composite Price Index to the sixth (6th) month prior to the Scheduled Aircraft Delivery Month.

  • The Index values as defined in Clause 4 above shall be considered final and no further adjustment to the Airframe Basic Price as revised at the Scheduled Aircraft Delivery Month shall be made after Aircraft Delivery for any subsequent changes in the published Index values.

  • Should the above escalation provisions become null and void by action of the US Government, the Reference Price shall be adjusted due to increases in the costs of labor and material which have occurred from the period represented by the applicable Reference Price Indexes to the sixth (6th) month prior to the Scheduled Aircraft Delivery Month.


More Definitions of Scheduled Aircraft

Scheduled Aircraft means, with respect to any given date, (i) the number of Revenue Available Aircraft as of such date minus (ii) any Aircraft that are unscheduled as of such date.
Scheduled Aircraft means with respect to any month the total number of Aircraft which are scheduled to operate Scheduled Flights pursuant to this Agreement during such month; without limiting the foregoing, (i) Spare Aircraft and Maintenance Aircraft during the time period an Aircraft has such status shall not be counted as a Scheduled Aircraft and (ii) if during a portion of a month an Aircraft is a Maintenance Aircraft or Spare Aircraft, such Aircraft shall be counted as a Scheduled Aircraft as a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the number of days during such month such Aircraft is scheduled to operate Scheduled Flights and the denominator of which shall be the number of days in the applicable month, expressed as decimal rounded to the second place (e.g., 8/30 shall be expressed as 0.27).
Scheduled Aircraft means the aircraft described in Item 4 of the Declarations and any newly acquired aircraft, including the propulsion system and parts and equipment installed in or on the aircraft (1) while installed and (2) while temporarily removed until replacement has commenced: also tools and equipment in the aircraft which have been designed for use with the aircraft and are ordinarily carried in the aircraft."
Scheduled Aircraft means any aircraft listed under Coverage 1 – Liability for Scheduled Aircraft and Coverage 19 – Physical Damage Coverage for Scheduled Aircraft in the Declarations or any aircraft covered under Coverage 28 – Automatic Insurance for Newly Acquired Aircraft.

Scheduled Airline does not include Private Charter.

  • Aircraft means any machine that can derive support in the atmosphere from the reactions of the air other than the reactions of the air against the earth’s surface;
