Scheduled Air Carrier definition

Scheduled Air Carrier means any Air Transportation Company performing or desiring to perform, pursuant to published schedules, seasonal or non-seasonal commercial air transportation services over specified routes to and from the Airport and holding the necessary authority from the appropriate federal or state agencies to provide such transportation.
