Schedule of Service definition

Schedule of Service means the attachment(s) to a Service Agreement for Service under any Rate Schedule designated as “Schedule of Service” and any amendments thereto.

Related to Schedule of Service

  • Terms of Service means those Support Services and Professional Services terms posted at xxxx://xxx.XXXXXXX.xxx/terms-of-service/, which are incorporated herein. Client acknowledges and agrees it has read, understands and agrees to be bound by the Terms of Service.

An Employee who incurs a Period of Severance of twelve (12) months or less will also receive service-spanning credit by treating any such period as a Period of Service for purposes of eligibility and vesting (but not benefit accrual).   • Self-service display means the open display or storage of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia in a manner that is physically accessible in any way to the general public without the assistance of the retailer or employee of the retailer and a direct person-to-person transfer between the purchaser and the retailer or employee of the retailer. A vending machine is a form of Self-Service Display.

  • Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause 2.5.

  • Schedule of Retained Causes of Action means the schedule of certain Causes of Action of the Debtors that are not released, waived, or transferred pursuant to the Plan, as the same may be amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time.
