Schedule of Receivables definition

Schedule of Receivables means the Schedule of Receivables sold and transferred pursuant to this Agreement which is attached hereto as Schedule A.
Schedule of Receivables means the list of Receivables set forth in Schedule A (which Schedule may be in the form of microfiche).
Schedule of Receivables means the schedule of all motor vehicle retail installment sale contracts and promissory notes originally held as part of the Trust which is attached as Schedule A (which Schedule may be in the form of microfiche or a disk).

More Definitions of Schedule of Receivables

Schedule of Receivables means the schedule or file identifying the Receivables attached as Exhibit A to the Purchase Agreement and Schedule A to the Sale and Servicing Agreement and the Indenture.
