Schedule of Rates and Charges means the Schedule of Rates and Charges to the Participant’s Power Contract, as such schedule may be modified from time to time upon action by the MEAN Board of Directors.

Examples of Schedule of Rates and Charges in a sentence

  • The escrow agreement shall authorize the Escrow Agent to remit the Upfront Payments to NFN pursuant to the Schedule of Rates and Charges in Exhibit B hereto, when the conditions precedent to such payments, as provided herein, are satisfied.

  • User fees assessed by the Authority for users of the Airport are detailed in the Airport’s Schedule of Rates and Charges.

  • BrightRidge may refuse to connect or may discontinue service for violation of any of its Rules and Regulations, for violation of any provisions of BrightRidge’s Schedule of Rates and Charges, application for service, or any BrightRidge’s contracts or agreements.

  • For the privilege of accessing the runways, taxiways, and ramps, unloading and loading aircraft, use of the Preferential Use Area, and conducting related aircraft ground support services at the Rickenbacker International Airport, Operator agrees to pay Authority in accordance with the Schedule of Rates and Charges, attached as Exhibit A, as it exists now, or as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • In case of conflict between any provision of any Schedule of Rates and Charges and the Schedule of Rules and Regulations, the Schedule of Rates and Charges shall apply.

  • The rights granted by this Agreement shall not be exercised in such a way as to violate any of the Rickenbacker Airport Rules and Regulations, Schedule of Rates and Charges, the Development Standards or the Minimum Standards (all as defined in the Lease), as they are now in existence or may be amended from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Related to Schedule of Rates and Charges

  • Schedule of Rates means the priced Schedule of Rates forming part of the tender [where applicable].

  • Schedule of Fees and Charges means the information on fees and charges that we give you when you open your Account; and amendments or replacements issued to you from time to time. An up-to-date version of this schedule is available from any of our offices and on our Website.

  • Schedule of rates of Railway means the schedule of rates issued under the authority of the Chief Engineer from time to time and shall also include Rates specified in tender document.

  • Prices & Rates Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Contract Price.

  • Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause 2.5.

  • Schedule of Fees means the published note of the School's prevailing fees notified to you from time to time and a copy of which remains available on the School's website and from the School at any time upon request;

  • Schedule of Rates of the Railway means the Schedule of Rates issued under the authority of the Chief Engineer from time to time.

  • Fees and Charges means the fees and charges set out in Appendix 2, including such fees and charges as may be revised by the Service Provider from time to time by amendment to Appendix 2 in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Schedule of Values means the detailed breakdown of the cost of the materials, labor, and equipment necessary to accomplish the Work as described in the Contract Documents, submitted by Contractor for approval by Owner and A/E.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Schedule of Prices means the completed price schedule or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Contractor with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract documents.

  • The Schedule of Quantities/ BOQ means the schedule of quantities as specified and forming part of this contract. Words importing persons include firms and corporations. Words importing the singular only, also include the plural and vice verse where the Context requires.

  • Disbursement Schedule means the disbursement schedule as set out in an FAA;

  • Service Schedules has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Locational Price Adder means an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity within an LDA as necessary to reflect the price of Capacity Resources required to relieve applicable binding locational constraints.

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

  • Schedule of Accounts means an aged trial balance and reconciliation to the Borrowing Base in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may in the Administrative Agent’s Permitted Discretion include copies of original invoices) listing the Accounts of each Loan Party, certified on behalf of each Loan Party by a Duly Authorized Officer of the Borrower, to be delivered on a monthly basis to the Administrative Agent by the Borrower pursuant to Section 6.1(i).

  • Schedule C means internal revenue service schedule C (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Schedule of Payments means the schedule of payments disclosed on a Contract.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • Schedule of compliance means a schedule of remedial measures included in a permit, including an enforceable sequence of interim requirements (for example, actions, operations, or milestone events) leading to compliance with the Act, the CWA and regulations.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.
