The Tenderers are to note that the scope of work as mentioned may be reduced to any extent which is absolutely at the discretion of the Tender Inviting Authority. This reduction of the extent of work should not be a criterion for extra claim in respect of materials stored, establishment and cost incurred or any other losses occurring out of these causes. The Contractor shall carry out and complete the works in every respect in accordance with this contract and in accordance with the directions and to the satisfaction of Tender Inviting Authority who shall be the final authority.
