Schedule of Key Personnel definition

Schedule of Key Personnel means the schedule of key personnel employed by the Contractor, described in GCC Clause 7. “Site” is located in Novo Brdo. “Site Investigation Reports” means those that were included in the bidding documents and are factual and interpretative reports about the surface and subsurface conditions at the Site. “Site Possession Dates” means a date on which the Employer is to give possession of all or part of the Site to the Contractor in accordance with GCC Clause 16. “Specifications” means the Technical Specifications of the Works included as part of this Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Engineer. “Start Date” shall be the date, notified by the Engineer, when the following conditions are met: The Program (GCC 23) is approved by the Engineer The EHSMP (GCC 59) is approved by the Engineer The Key personnel have successfully finished training (GCC 7.3.) and when the Contractor may commence execution of the Works. “Tax” and “Taxes” have the meanings given such terms in the Threshold Program or related agreement. “Temporary Works” means those works designed, constructed, installed, and removed by the Contractor that are needed for construction or installation of the Works. “Variation” means an instruction given by the Engineer which varies the Works. “Works” means what this Contract requires the Contractor to construct, install, and turn over to the Employer, as defined in Section 1, Technical Specifications.
Schedule of Key Personnel means Appendix 16 Key Personnel.
Schedule of Key Personnel means the schedule of key personnel employed by the Contractor, described in GCC Clause 9.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Key Personnel means those persons named in the Specification as being key personnel.

  • Schedule of Rates means the priced Schedule of Rates forming part of the tender [where applicable].

  • DoD item unique identification means a system of marking items delivered to DoD with unique item identifiers that have machine- readable data elements to distinguish an item from all other like and unlike items. For items that are serialized within the enterprise identifier, the unique item identifier shall include the data elements of the enterprise identifier and a unique serial number. For items that are serialized within the part, lot, or batch number within the enterprise identifier, the unique item identifier shall include the data elements of the enterprise identifier; the original part, lot, or batch number; and the serial number.

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • Policy Schedule means a schedule attached to these Terms and Benefits, which sets out, among others, the Policy Effective Date, Renewal Date, the name and the relevant particulars of the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, the eligible benefits, premium and other relevant details in respect of these Terms and Benefits.

  • Schedule F means internal revenue service schedule F (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.
