Schedule of Contracts definition

Schedule of Contracts means the list or lists of Contracts attached as Schedule A to this Agreement, which Contracts are being transferred to the Owner Trustee as part of the Trust Estate, which list or lists shall set forth the following information with respect to each such Contract in numbered columns:

Schedule of Contracts means the listing of the Contracts set forth in Schedule A hereto.

Schedule of Contracts means the schedule attached thereto identifying the Contracts being conveyed thereby.

Schedule of Contracts means the list or lists of Funded Contracts attached as Schedule I-A and Schedule I-B to this Agreement and each list of Prefunded Contracts delivered to the Indenture Trustee, the Issuer and the Insurer on each Prefunding Transfer Date and identified on Schedule I to the related Transfer Certificate, which Contracts are being transferred to the Trust as part of the Trust Property, together with supplemental data regarding the contracts verified by the Servicer. Schedule of Contracts means the list of Contracts delivered to the Administrative Agent, such list being in microfiche, paper or electronic format.

Schedule of Contracts means the listing of the Contracts set forth in Exhibit A.

Schedule of Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(h).
