Schedule of Assumed Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases means the schedule of certain Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be assumed (or assumed and assigned) by the Debtors pursuant to the Plan, as the same may be amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time by the Debtors.

Schedule of Assumed Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases means the schedule (including any amendments or modifications thereto), if any, of the Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be assumed or assumed and assigned by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, pursuant to the Plan, as set forth in the Plan Supplement, as amended by the Debtors from time to time in accordance with the Plan, which shall be in form and substance acceptable to the Debtors.

• The cure amounts identified in the Schedule of Assumed Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases and any amendments thereto, as applicable, represent the amount, if any, that the Post-Effective-Date Debtor Subsidiaries or the Purchaser, as applicable, propose to pay in full and complete satisfaction of such default claims.
