Schedule of Accounts definition

Schedule of Accounts means an aged trial balance and reconciliation to the Borrowing Base in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may in the Administrative Agent’s Permitted Discretion include copies of original invoices) listing the Accounts of each Loan Party, certified on behalf of each Loan Party by a Duly Authorized Officer of the Borrower, to be delivered on a monthly basis to the Administrative Agent by the Borrower pursuant to Section 6.1(i).
Schedule of Accounts means a schedule delivered by Borrower to Lender pursuant to the provisions of Section 8.3(a).
Schedule of Accounts a form supplied by Purchaser from time to time wherein Seller lists such of its Accounts as it requests that Purchaser purchase under the terms of this Agreement.

  • As Accounts subject to this Agreement are open or closed, the Schedule of Accounts shall be revised accordingly.

  • This Agreement together with each Schedule of Accounts contain the entire Agreement between the parties and any modification hereto must be signed by Client and Riviera.


More Definitions of Schedule of Accounts

Schedule of Accounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.
Schedule of Accounts means a schedule of all Accounts to be delivered by Borrower to Agent pursuant to SECTION 5.10(A) of the Security Agreement.
