Schedule Authorisation definition

Schedule Authorisation means authorisation to carry out Contract Work in a particular Category of Law as set out in your Schedule;

Examples of Schedule Authorisation in a sentence

  • Providing you have a Schedule Authorisation in this Category there is no upper limit on the number of Matter Starts that you may commence whilst the Schedule remains in force.

  • You must have Schedule Authorisation in a Category to undertake work in that Category unless it is Miscellaneous Work.

  • Subject to Paragraph 5.3 below, provided you have Schedule Authorisation in the relevant Category of Law, and subject to any restriction within your Schedule you may carry out such actions on behalf of the Director as may be delegated to you in accordance with an Authorisation.

  • Save as provided below, in each Category in which you have Schedule Authorisation you must, without limiting Paragraph 2.10, maintain a ratio of at least one full time equivalent Supervisor for every four full time equivalent Caseworkers at each Office from which you are carrying out work in that Category.

  • You must have Schedule Authorisation in a Category to undertake work in that Category unless it is Miscellaneous Work.2.28A Subject to the terms of your Schedule, you may use up to 5 of your total Matter Starts allocation as Miscellaneous Work.

  • Where an Applicant already holds a Schedule for an Office and has been awarded an additional Schedule Authorisation to undertake Housing and Debt Contract Work it will not receive an additional allocation of Miscellaneous Matter Starts as these will already have been allocated to that Office.

Related to Schedule Authorisation

  • Required Authorisation means any authorisation, consent, declaration, licence, permit, exemption, approval or other document, whether imposed by or arising in connection with any law, regulation, custom, contract, security or otherwise howsoever which must be obtained at any time from any person, Government Entity, central bank or other self-regulating or supra-national authority in order to enable the Borrowers lawfully to borrow the loan or draw any Advance and/or to enable any Security Party lawfully and continuously to continue its corporate existence and/or perform all its obligations whatsoever whensoever arising and/or grant security under the relevant Security Documents and/or to ensure the continuous validity and enforceability thereof;

  • Authorisations means authorisations, orders, grants, recognitions, determinations, certificates, confirmations, consents, licences, clearances, provisions and approvals, in each case, of a Third Party.

  • Authorisation means an authorisation, consent, approval, resolution, licence, exemption, filing, notarisation or registration.

  • Prior authorization means that we must approve the Services in advance in order for the Services to be covered.

  • Service Authorization means that Open Ecosystem Partner needs to meet specific qualification requirements for the products included in a “Service” Product Family that Open Ecosystem Partner wants to promote and offer Services for as set out in detail in the Open Ecosystem Program Guide.

  • Marketing Authorisation means any approval (including all applicable pricing and governmental reimbursement approvals) required from the FDA or relevant Competent Authority to market and sell a Product in a particular country.

  • Governmental Authorization means any permit, license, authorization, plan, directive, consent order or consent decree of or from any Governmental Authority.

  • Authorization Letter means a letter agreement executed by Borrower in the form of EXHIBIT A.

  • Letter of Authorization means a letter signed by an officer of the licensee on whose behalf the filing is submitted that designates filing authority to the filer.

  • Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, permits, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.

  • relevant licence means a production licence for petroleum in force under Part III of the Petroleum Act 1967 immediately before the commencement of this section.

  • Governmental Authorizations means any approval, consent, license, permit, waiver, or other authorization issued, granted, given, or otherwise made available by or under the authority of any Governmental Entity or pursuant to any Legal Requirement.

  • Material Consents as defined in Section 7.3.

  • Service Authorization Request means a Provider’s or Enrollee’s request to the Contractor for the provision of a service.
