Schedule 4 CSOP definition

Schedule 4 CSOP means a share plan that meets the requirements of Schedule 4 to ITEPA 2003;
Schedule 4 CSOP means a company share option scheme which satisfies the requirements of Schedule 4 and has been notified to HMRC in accordance with paragraph 28A Schedule 4.

  • Schedule 3 means Schedule 3 to ITEPA;

  • Purchaser Schedule means the Purchaser Schedule to this Agreement listing the Purchasers of the Notes and including their notice and payment information.

  • Company SEC Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(a).

  • Purchaser Disclosure Schedule means the schedule (dated as of the date of the Agreement) delivered to Seller and the Members by the Purchaser, a copy of which is attached to this Agreement.

  • Company Disclosure Schedules means the disclosure schedules delivered by the Company to the Commitment Parties on the date of this Agreement.

  • Schedule A has the meaning specified in Section 2.3(a);

  • Disclosed Litigation has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(b).
