Schedule 2 Services means those services as set out within Schedule 2, (as amended from time to time by written agreement between the parties) which expression shall include such Additional Services which HR agrees in writing to perform from time to time (without prejudice to any separate terms agreed for the Additional Services);

Examples of Schedule 2 Services in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall put in place a structure to manage the Framework in accordance with Framework Schedule 2 (Services and Key Performance Indicators).

  • Such metrics shall be incorporated into the list of KPIs set out in Framework Schedule 2 (Services and Key Performance Indicators).

  • The Supplier shall at all times during the Framework Period comply with the Key Performance Indicators and achieve the KPI Targets set out in Part B of Framework Schedule 2 (Services and Key Performance Indicators).

  • Any such alteration to any Standard or Standards shall require Approval (and the written consent of the Customer where the relevant Standard or Standards is/are included in Framework Schedule 2 (Services and Key Performance Indicators) and shall be implemented within an agreed timescale.

  • The Supplier shall comply with the Standards at all times during the performance by the Supplier of the Framework Agreement and any Call Off Agreement, including the Standards set out in Part A of Framework Schedule 2 (Services and Key Performance Indicators).

  • Where a standard, policy or document is referred to in Framework Schedule 2 (Services and Key Performance Indicators) by reference to a hyperlink, then if the hyperlink is changed or no longer provides access to the relevant standard, policy or document, the Supplier shall notify the Authority and the Parties shall agree the impact of such change.

  • Alternatively (or in addition) the Supplier’s whole response to the Statement of Requirements can be inserted in Call Off Schedule 2 (Services).

  • If awarding the Call Off Contract by way of direct award, Call Off Schedule 2 (Services) should reflect the documentation issued to the Supplier in accordance with paragraph 2 of Framework Schedule 5 (Call Off Procedure).

  • Details of all the Services available at framework level can be found in Part A of Framework Schedule 2 (Services).

  • The KPIs applicable to this Framework Agreement are set out in Framework Schedule 2 (Services and Key Performance Indicators).

Related to Schedule 2 Services

  • Schedule F means internal revenue service schedule F (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Service Schedules has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • Transition Services Agreements means the transition services agreements between the Purchaser and one or more of the Sellers in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibit D and Exhibit E.

  • Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.

  • Service Level Agreements means an agreement between NZX and a Market Participant and/or an Advisor setting out the terms and conditions of use of NZX technology and services;

  • Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.
