SCB Common Stock definition

SCB Common Stock means the common stock, no par value per share, of SCB.
SCB Common Stock means the SCB Class A Common Stock and the SCB Class B Common Stock.
SCB Common Stock means the $1.00 par value common stock of SCB.

  • No further transfer of any such shares of SCB Common Stock shall be made on such stock transfer books after the Effective Time.

  • If not already included in the Registration Statement, promptly following the Effective Time, SCB shall file a post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement or an effective registration statement on Form S-8 with respect to the SCB Common Stock subject to the Assumed Awards.

  • Shareholder owns the shares of SCB Common Stock identified on the signature page hereto (such shares, together with all shares of capital stock, if any, subsequently acquired by Shareholder during the term of this Agreement, being referred to as the “Shares”).

  • The shares of SCB Common Stock to be issued to the CBC shareholders as the Merger Consideration shall have been approved for listing on Nasdaq.
