Scaling Factor definition

Scaling Factor means, in relation to a DS3 System Service, the scaling factor used in the calculation of payments for that DS3 System Service, as described in Schedules 2, 3 and 4 of this Agreement;
Scaling Factor means the Scaling Factor calculated according to the following formula:

More Definitions of Scaling Factor

Scaling Factor means, with respect to each Property constituting Senior Collateral, the percentage indicated in Schedule A-3.
