Scale of Rates definition

Scale of Rates means the scale of rates alongwith the statement of conditions with respect thereto framed from time to time and notified by TAMP or such other competent authority under the provisions of MPT Act, as applicable.

Examples of Scale of Rates in a sentence

  • Such rates shall be twice the Scale of Rates as may be notified by the competent authority in respect thereof from time to time (the present rates applicable in respect of land, utilities and services are set out in Appendix 13).

  • Should additional technicians be engaged by TMS, the associated costs will be charged to your account at the prescribed rate as shown in Scale of Rates.

Related to Scale of Rates

  • Schedule of Rates means the priced Schedule of Rates forming part of the tender [where applicable].

  • HICP Daily Inflation Reference Index means (A) in relation to the first calendar day of any given month, the HICP Monthly Reference Index of the third month preceding such month, and (B) in relation to a calendar day (D) (other than the first calendar day) in any given month (M), the linear interpolation of the HICP Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third month preceding such month (M - 3) and the second month preceding such month (M - 2) calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • CPI Daily Inflation Reference Index means (A) in relation to the first day of any given month, the CPI Monthly Reference Index of the third month preceding such month, and (B) in relation to a day (D) (other than the first day) in any given month (M), the linear interpolation of the CPI Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third month preceding such month (M - 3) and the second month preceding such month (M - 2) calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • Hourly Rates means payment on the basis of time reasonably spent on a case (as opposed to payment by way of a Standard Fee) where payment is based on the rates set out in the Remuneration Regulations;

  • Effective Price of Additional Shares of Common Stock shall mean the quotient determined by dividing the total number of Additional Shares of Common Stock issued or sold, or deemed to have been issued or sold by the Company under this Section 4F, into the aggregate consideration received, or deemed to have been received, by the Company for such issue under this Section 4F, for such Additional Shares of Common Stock.

  • Initial Effective Date means the date that the Initial Registration Statement has been declared effective by the SEC.

  • Three-dimensional reference system means a system as described in Appendix 2 to this annex;
