SBA Regulations definition

SBA Regulations means the Small Business Investment Act of 1958 and the regulations promulgated thereunder. All references in this Agreement to the Registration Statement, any Rule 462(b) Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus or any amendment or supplement to any of the foregoing shall be deemed to include the copy filed with the Commission pursuant to XXXXX. Whenever the words “include,” “includes” or “including” are used in this Agreement, they are deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation.”
SBA Regulations means the Small Business Investment Act of 1958, as amended, and the Regulations of SBA thereunder.
SBA Regulations means the rules and regulations of the SBA promulgated under the SBA Act (13 CFR 107 et seq.; and 13 CFR 121 et seq. collectively).
