Savings Guarantee definition

Savings Guarantee is defined in this Attachment E, Section (II)(A)(i).
Savings Guarantee means an arrangement in which Premier or a subsidiary contractually provides to identify and/or implement a specific amount of savings for a customer and will pay cash for any shortfall.
Savings Guarantee means the minimum level of energy and water consumption savings guaranteed as stated in condition 9.1 and in the Investment Grade Proposal(s);

Examples of Savings Guarantee in a sentence

  • Manhattan Beach USD will, within forty-five (45) calendar days, give Chevron Energy Solutions written permission to proceed or, alternatively at no charge to Chevron Energy Solutions, to stipulate that the Projected Energy Savings for the portion of the Facility in question be used for the purpose of meeting the Savings Guarantee for such Measurement Period and thereafter.

  • After applying such Average Energy Unit Savings for each subsequent Measurement Period and calculating the resulting EC Savings, if the sum of (i) such calculated EC Savings for any future Measurement Period plus (ii) the Annual M&V Fee for such Measurement Period is greater than the Guaranteed Savings for that Measurement Period, then such excess will be Excess Savings and the Savings Guarantee will have been met for that Measurement Period.

Related to Savings Guarantee

  • Holdings Guaranty means the Holdings Guaranty made by Holdings in favor of the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Secured Parties, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-1.

  • Note Guarantee means the Guarantee by each Guarantor of the Company’s obligations under this Indenture and the Notes, executed pursuant to the provisions of this Indenture.

  • Subsidiary Guarantee means any guarantee of the obligations of the Issuers under this Indenture and the Notes by any Subsidiary Guarantor in accordance with the provisions of this Indenture.

  • Guarantee used as a verb has a corresponding meaning.

  • Bid guarantee means the bid bond, cashier's check or certified check submitted as part of the bid proposal, payable to the contracting unit, ensuring that the successful bidder will enter into a contract.

  • Guaranty means, with respect to any Person, any obligation (except the endorsement in the ordinary course of business of negotiable instruments for deposit or collection) of such Person guaranteeing or in effect guaranteeing any indebtedness, dividend or other obligation of any other Person in any manner, whether directly or indirectly, including (without limitation) obligations incurred through an agreement, contingent or otherwise, by such Person:

  • Consumer Guarantee has the meaning given in Division 1 of Part 3-2 of the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Subsidiaries Guaranty shall have the meaning provided in Section 6.10.

  • Parent Guarantee means the guarantee of payment of the Securities by the Parent Guarantor pursuant to the terms of this Indenture.

  • Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement means each unconditional guaranty agreement executed by the Subsidiary Guarantors in favor of the Administrative Agent for the ratable benefit of the Secured Parties, substantially in the form of Exhibit H, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Financial guarantee means a performance bond, maintenance bond, surety bond, irrevocable letter of credit, or similar guarantees submitted to the [administering authority] by the responsible party to assure that requirements of the ordinance are carried out in compliance with the storm water management plan.

  • Subsidiary Guaranty means, collectively, the Subsidiary Guaranty made by the Subsidiary Guarantors in favor of the Collateral Agent on behalf of the Secured Parties, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-2, together with each other Guaranty and Guaranty supplement delivered pursuant to Section 6.12.

  • Service Guarantee means any payment or other benefit that one party provides to the other party when it fails to meet a Service Standard for which a guarantee payment is provided should that Service Standard not be met;
