WREGIS Certificates has the same meaning as “Certificate” as defined by WREGIS in the WREGIS Operating Rules and are designated as eligible for complying with the California Renewables Portfolio Standard.
Class ___ Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Trustee or Authenticating Agent on behalf of the Depositor in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit hereto.
New Certificates has the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(a).
Class B-6 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-6” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Group 2 Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Accrual Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Class R-2 Certificate Any Certificate designated a “Class R-2 Certificate” on the face thereof, in the form set forth in Exhibit A-5 hereto, evidencing the Residual Interest in REMIC II and representing the right to the Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class R-2 Certificates as set forth herein.
Class C Certificates Any one of the Class C Certificates executed by the Trustee, and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-18, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a regular interest in REMIC 4.
Group 1 Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Underlying REMIC Certificates The REMIC Certificates held in the Trust and evidencing beneficial interests in the REMIC Trust. US Bank: U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association. ARTICLE II The Trust
Certificate Distribution Account has the meaning assigned to such term in the Trust Agreement.
Class B-6 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-6 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-6 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-6 Certificate.
Old Certificates has the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(a).
Class B-5 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-5” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Group II Certificates The Class A-2A, Class A-2B, Class A-2C and Class A-2D Certificates.
Class B-4 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-4” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Class B-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-2".
Class Certificate Balance With respect to any Class and as to any date of determination, the aggregate of the Certificate Balances of all Certificates of such Class as of such date.
Class R-1 Certificate Any Certificate designated a “Class R-1 Certificate” on the face thereof, in the form set forth in Exhibit A-5 hereto, evidencing the Residual Interest in REMIC I and representing the right to the Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class R-1 Certificates as set forth herein.
Retail Certificates A Senior Certificate, if any, offered in smaller minimum denominations than other Senior Certificates, and designated as such in the Series Supplement.
