Satisfaction Notice shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.16.1.

• To the extent an affected counterparty to an Executory Contract or Unexpired Lease contests that its Cure Claims (including Claims asserted in applicable Proofs of Claim or other applications for payment of Administrative Claims) have been fully satisfied as provided in the Cure Satisfaction Notice, within twenty-one (21) days of the filing of the Cure Satisfaction Notice, such counterparties must file a motion with the Bankruptcy Court requesting a determination of any outstanding Cure Claims.
