Satellite Segment definition

Satellite Segment means the business involved in the marketing of video and audio programming and data information services through transmission media consisting of space-based satellite broadcasting services, the assets related to the conduct of such business held by the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries on the Closing Date, plus all other assets acquired by the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries that are directly related to such business (excluding, without limitation, the terrestrial television broadcasting business and the assets related thereto and the cable television business and the assets related thereto); provided that any assets acquired by the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries after the Closing Date that are not directly related to such business shall not be included for purposes of this definition.
