Satellite Equipment definition

Satellite Equipment means the devices required to carry Customer’s VSAT traffic from the Customer’s remote Location to the hub Location and vice versa.
Satellite Equipment means a satellite modem, radio frequency equipment and an antenna.
Satellite Equipment shall have the meaning given to it in Section 28.1 hereof.

  • Landlord shall have the right, at its expense and after 60 days prior notice to Tenant, to relocate the Satellite Equipment to another site on the roof of the Building as long as such site reasonably meets Tenant’s sight line and interference requirements and does not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s use and operation of the Satellite Equipment.

  • The right of Tenant to use and operate the Satellite Equipment shall be personal solely to Tenant and any assignee subject to a Permitted Assignment, and (i) no other person or entity shall have any right to use or operate the Satellite Equipment, and (ii) Tenant shall not assign, convey, or otherwise transfer to any person or entity any right, title, or interest in all or any portion of the Satellite Equipment or the use and operation thereof, other than in connection with a Permitted Assignment.

  • If permissible by Legal Requirements, the Satellite Equipment shall be painted the same color as the Building so as to render the Satellite Equipment virtually invisible from ground level.

  • Satellite Equipment means satellite dishes and associated downlink equipment owned by and/or leased to FOXTEL appropriate for receiving digital Subscription Television Services and Related Services via the Satellite Network.

  • Installation of Satellite Equipment will not be permitted under any circumstances.

  • Prior to any such installation, the specifications and location of the Satellite Equipment shall be subject to Landlord’s reasonable approval, which Landlord shall not unreasonably withhold, conditioncondition, or delay.

  • If Tenant does not so remove the Satellite Equipment, Tenant hereby authorizes Landlord to remove and dispose of the Satellite Equipment and charge Tenant as Additional Rent for all costs and expenses incurred by Landlord in such removal and disposal.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the provision of any free Sky Satellite Equipment and Standard Installation offers (if applicable) limiting the offers to the supply of one set of Sky Satellite Equipment for each subscription agreement shall not apply to this Agreement, and instead shall apply per Group Outlet.

  • The Satellite Equipment shall not interfere with the proper functioning of any telecommunications equipment or devices that installed by Landlord or for any other tenant of the Project.

Related to Satellite Equipment

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Satellite means any satellite owned by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries and any satellite purchased by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of a Satellite Purchase Agreement, whether such satellite is in the process of manufacture, has been delivered for launch or is in orbit (whether or not in operational service).

  • Movable equipment means a hand-held or non-hand-held machine or device, powered or unpowered, that is used to do work and is moved within or between work sites.

  • Associated equipment means equipment that is used in conjunction with a radiographic exposure device to make radiographic exposures that drives, guides, or comes in contact with the source, e.g., guide tube, control tube, control (drive) cable, removable source stop, “J” tube and collimator when it is used as an exposure head.

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Designated Equipment means either: (i) a server identified by serial number, or host I.D. on which the Licensed Materials are stored; or (ii) a computer or workstation, as identified by its serial number, host I.D. number or Ethernet address; to which the Licensed Materials are downloaded and Used only upon the issuance of a License Key. The Designated Equipment shall be of a manufacture, make and model, and have the configuration, capacity (i.e., memory/disk), operating software version level, and pre- requisite and co-requisite applications, prescribed in the Documentation as necessary or desirable for the operation of the Software.

  • Antenna means communications equipment that transmits or receives electromagnetic radio frequency signals used in the provision of wireless services.
