Satellite Business means the business of communication of electronic video, data, voice or other information by transmission by satellite operating in the Fixed Satellite Service frequencies for hire in any of the geographic areas in which the Company or its Subsidiaries operate such Fixed Satellite Service frequencies as of the date of Participant’s termination of employment.
