Examples of SAR Award in a sentence

Each SAR Award shall be evidenced by an Award Agreement that shall specify the Grant Price, the term of the SAR, and such other provisions as the Committee shall determine.
A SAR not expressly granted in tandem with an Option will become exercisable at such time or times, and on such conditions, as the Board may specify in the SAR Award.
A Stock Appreciation Right not expressly granted in tandem with an Option will become exercisable at such time or times, and on such conditions, as the Board may specify in the SAR Award.
The date as of which such appreciation or other measure is determined shall be the exercise date unless another date is specified by the Board in the SAR Award.

More Definitions of SAR Award

SAR Award means a grant of an SAR pursuant to Section 6 and the relevant Award Agreement.

SAR Award means an award granted to a Participant under the Plan crediting the Participant with a specified number of SARs and a specified Initial Measurement Value.
