Sanitary Sewer Collection System definition

Sanitary Sewer Collection System means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect and transport sanitary sewer wastewater to the wastewater treatment facility and are constructed, operated and maintained by the Agency under the Project. For purposes of this Loan Agreement, the Sanitary Sewer Collection System shall not include any structures, equipment and processes that are owned by any member jurisdiction of the Agency or owned by the City of Omaha.
