Sanitary Landfill Site definition

Sanitary Landfill Site means any place prescribed by the local body for discharging or processing of the solid waste.
Sanitary Landfill Site means a landfill facility with the appropriate classification, approved by Alberta Environmental Protection under the provisions of the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act for the disposal and/or storage of municipal solid waste;
