Sanctioned Load definition

Sanctioned Load means the load in kW, kVA or BHP, which the licensee has agreed to supply from time to time subject to the governing terms and conditions in the absence of an Agreement between the Distribution licensee and the consumer;
Sanctioned Load means load in kilowatt (kW)/kilovolt ampere (kVA)/Horse Power (HP) for which the Distribution Licensee had agreed to supply from time to time subject to governing terms and conditions;
Sanctioned Load means the approved connected load in kW;

Examples of Sanctioned Load in a sentence

  • This BPL category will also be applicable to all new consumers subsequently added in any month with a Sanctioned Load of upto 0.25 kW and consumption between 1 to 30 units (on pro rata basis of 1 unit/day) in the first billing month.

  • LOW TENSION (LT) TARIFF LT I (A): LT – Residential (BPL) Applicability:This Below Poverty Line (BPL) Tariff category is applicable to Residential consumers who have a Sanctioned Load upto 0.25 kW and who have consumed upto 360 units per annum in the previous financial year.

  • This BPL category will also be applicable to all new consumers subsequently added in any month with a Sanctioned Load of upto 0.25 kW and consumption between 1 to 30 units (on pro rata basis of 1 unit/day) in the first billing month.The BPL tariff is applicable only to individuals and not to institutions.

  • The Sanctioned Load may be calculated by the simultaneous use of load (machines, appliances, fans, lights etc.) at any duration.

  • For example: During Summer, AC Load shall be included for Sanctioned Load and Geyser shall not be, as both are normally not used together.

Sanctioned Load means the load expressed in kW/kVA of the consumer, which the licensee has agreed to supply, from time to time, in the agreement;
