Sample Product means Products supplied to physicians and other permitted recipients free of charge in accordance with applicable Regulatory Requirements.

More Definitions of Sample Product
Sample Product or "Samples" shall mean the Product in a package that bears a statement indicating that such Product are samples only and not for commercial sale. The Sample Product shall be suitable for supply to customers in the Territory, and as of the Effective Date shall comprise a box containing two (2) bottles of six (6) capsules of three milligram (3 mg) ENTOCORT® EC capsules, and such other samples as may be approved by Regulatory Authorities in the future.
