Sample Preparation. All salts used in these experiments were purchased from Sigma Xxxxxxx. The salt and polymer solutions were prepared with 18 MΩ cm purified water. Sample Preparation means any reagents, methods and instruments that are used to prepare a nucleic acid sample for sequencing (including amplification of the sample) up to the initiation of the SBS process.

Related to Sample Preparation

  • Site preparation means those activities associated with the removal of slash in preparing a site for planting and shall include scarification and/or slash burning.
