Sample Period definition

Sample Period means, in respect of any Accounting Year, the period specified in paragraph 4 of Annex 2, or such other period as may be agreed between the Station Facility Owner and all Passenger Operators;
Sample Period means the period during which a flow proportional to the representative volume of Pipeline Liquids from each User is drawn for subsequent analysis by an agreed facility. From time to time the FPS System Measurement Forum shall agree the Sample Period and agreed facilities for each User and these shall be documented in the FPS System Allocation Schedule of Analyses as referred to in Attachment E.
Sample Period means, in respect of any Accounting Year, a period of one Week being taken from each of the two periods bound by the most recent consecutive Timetable Change Dates, each such Week shall be awarded weighted significance determined by reference to the respective number of complete Weeks comprised in the published period of the Passenger Timetable in which Week falls for these purposes;

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the “Marketing Period” shall not commence and shall be deemed not to have commenced if, on or prior to the completion of such consecutive 21 business day period, (x) the Company shall have announced any intention to restate any financial statements or financial information included in the Required Information or that any such restatement is under consideration or may be a possibility, in which case the Marketing Period will be deemed not to commence unless and until such restatement has been completed and the applicable Required Information has been amended or the Company has announced that it has concluded that no restatement shall be required, (y) the Company shall have failed to file any report with the applicable Securities Authorities when due, in which case the Marketing Period will be deemed not to commence unless and until all such reports have been filed, or (z) the Required Information would not be Compliant throughout and on the last day of such 21 business day period, in which case a new 21 business day period shall commence upon Parent, Merger Sub and their financing sources receiving updated Required Information that would be Compliant, and the requirements in clauses (a) and (b) above would be satisfied throughout and on the last day of such new 21 business day period. In no event may a “Marketing Period” commence any later than July 27, 2010, unless at Parent’s election a Marketing Period commenced after such date terminates no later than August 24, 2010.

  • Rolling Period means, as of any date, the four Fiscal Quarters ending on or immediately preceding such date.

  • Closing Period means the period between the close of business on the date of this Agreement and the Closing.

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Ramp Period The Ramp Period shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for a period of 3 months following the Effective Date. Commencing with the Effective Date and at all times during the Ramp Period thereafter, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits set forth herein and will not be subject to the AVC. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $360,000 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term (following the expiration of the Ramp Period).

  • Sales Year means the calendar year during which the Company sold Cigarettes in a Beneficiary State requiring the deposit of QEF Principal.

  • Free period means any Period other than the Prohibited Period.
