SAMHSA Guidelines means the SAMHSA Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs as published in the Federal Register Volume 59, No. 110 on June 9, 1994 and any revised guidelines issued by the Department of Health and Human Services.
SAMHSA Guidelines means the Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs as published in the Federal Register on April 11, 1988 (53 FR 11970), revised on June 9, 1994 (59 FR 29908), further revised on September 30, 1997 (62 FR 51118), and any further revised guidelines issued by SAMHSA.
SAMHSA Guidelines means the Department of Health and Human Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs as published in the Federal Register Volume 59, No. 110 on June 9, 1994, and any revised guidelines issued by the Department of Health and Human Services.
