Sales supervisor means any person having immediate or day-to-day supervisory control, management or oversight authority of the activities of sales agents or sales agency employees on behalf of the Company. “Satisfactory performance record” means a record of performance that demonstrates substantial conformity with applicable requirements, as specified in section II(a)(9).
