Sales Plan definition

Sales Plan means the written sales plan relating to promotion and Detailing of the Product in the Field in the Territory by the Sales Representatives, which shall include, without limitation, the Eagle Quarterly Minimum Details and other commercial activities geared towards achieving the Sales Forecast, that is prepared by the SOC and approved by TYME as provided in Section 3.
Sales Plan means that certain Rule 10b5-1 Sales Plan that the Holders and other persons expect to enter into with Tigress pursuant to which the Holders will authorize Tigress to sell shares of Stock, subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in the Sales Plan.
