Sales Gas definition

Sales Gas means any Gas supplied and delivered by the Sellers at the Delivery Point to the Buyer as per the terms of this Agreement.

Sales Gas means saleable natural gas after it has been treated in a natural gas processing facility to remove water vapour, inert gases, CO2, H2S and NGLs and is comprised primarily of methane with small amounts of ethane and other NGLs;

Sales Gas means the total gas to be potentially produced from the reservoirs, measured at the point of delivery, after reduction for projected fuel usage, flare and shrinkage resulting from field separation and processing;

Examples of Sales Gas in a sentence

• Subject to the provisions of this Contract, with effect from the Start Date the Sellers shall sell and tender Sales Gas for delivery at the Delivery Point to the Buyer in the quantities set out in this Contract and the Buyer shall buy and receive Sales Gas at the Delivery Point from the Sellers and pay for and receive such Sales Gas in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this Contract.

• Each of the Parties will from time to time, at the request of the other Party and without further consideration, execute and deliver other documents and take such actions as the other Party may reasonably request to consummate more effectively the supply and offtake of Sales Gas under this Agreement.

• The title, control and risk to Sales Gas shall pass from the Sellers to the Buyer at the Delivery Point.

• Such obligations and liabilities in respect of Sales Gas delivered under this Contract (including in respect of Sales Gas not meeting the Specifications as per Appendix 1) shall be in accordance with their respective Participating Interests.

• Sellers shall resume delivering Sales Gas as soon as reasonably practicable following the cure of the events listed above.

More Definitions of Sales Gas

Sales Gas means the aggregate of each Sellers’ Participating Interest share of Gas produced and offered for delivery at Delivery Point under this Contract from the Kanawara field. "Sellers’ Facilities" shall mean all facilities including pressure reduction stations, compressors, Gas pipelines, metering equipment and any other plant, machinery, installations and equipment either owned or operated by the Sellers or accessible to the Sellers as may from time to time be necessary for the flow control and the production, transportation, processing, compression, measuring and testing of Gas to enable the Sellers to supply and deliver Sales Gas to the Buyer at the Delivery Point(s) and shall include any facilities owned by the Affiliate or representatives or nominees or partners or associates of the Sellers.

Sales Gas means Natural Gas which has been processed and is of marketable quality.

Sales Gas means the aggregate of each Sellers Participating Interest share of Gas produced and offered for delivery at Delivery Point from the Ingoli Field of CB-ONN-2000/1 Block.

Sales Gas means a mixture that includes methane, where the methane comprises more than 50% by weight of the mixture.

Sales Gas means the raw natural gas, after processing to remove liquid petroleum gas, condensate and carbon dioxide. Sales Gas usually consists mainly of CH4 and ethane.

Sales Gas or “Sales Gas Stream” means residue gas from the Xxxx Xxxxxxxx Trail Cryogenic Gas Plant that is to be sold as Natural Gas.

Sales Gas means Natural Gas which meets the specification for Natural Gas entering the NTS at St Fergus as such specification may be modified from time to time and notified by the Gas Transporter to the Segal Operator, which specification at the Commencement Date is set out in Schedule E, Part V;
