Sales Force Cost definition

Sales Force Cost means the aggregate of, for each Therapeutic Area, the product of (a) the number of FTEs detailing and Co-Promoting VEGF Products as set forth in the approved Country Co-Commercialization Plan and Country Co-Commercialization Budget and (b) the applicable Sales Force FTE Rate.
