Sales Fees definition

Sales Fees means an amount equal to 1.5% of the Net Available Proceeds of a Disposition (provided that, for the purposes of this definition of Sales Fees, the entirety of the proviso in paragraph (a) of the definition of Net Available Proceeds shall be disregarded).
Sales Fees has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.05(b) of this Agreement.
Sales Fees shall have the meaning given to such term in the Services Agreement.

Examples of Sales Fees in a sentence

  • Subject to satisfaction of the conditions set forth in clauses (i) and (ii) and (iii) of the provisos in Sections 9.05(a) and 9.05(b) of the Servicing Agreement, the transfer of title shall not be deemed to be a sale for the purpose of calculation of Sales Fees pursuant to Section 9.05 of the Servicing Agreement if such transfer of title is part of a tax based financing or a refinancing.

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • Management Fees means, with respect to each Project for any period, an amount equal to the greater of (i) actual management fees payable with respect thereto and (ii) three percent (3%) per annum on the aggregate base rent and percentage rent due and payable under leases at such Project.

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.
