Sales Channels definition

Sales Channels means those certain sales channels through which VS sells the Goods and/or Services during the Term, including (as applicable) but not limited to VS’s: (i) retail locations; (ii) websites and other electronic venues; and (iii) catalogs. As a point of clarification, this definition includes different or additional sales channels that are part of VS’s expansion of their businesses as then constituted, if such expansion does not include an entity other than VS. For example: the opening of a new store or development of a website through either (i) “organic growth” or (ii) acquisition of the assets of a competitor.
Sales Channels means all sales channels and other means through which Seller or any of its Affiliates offer or sell products, other than physical stores.
Sales Channels. Sales Channels shall mean Selected Dealer Stores and other channels through which the Parties agree to Market and sell the Current Services, including (a) the Selected Dealer Stores, (b) XxxxXxx.xxx and other Dealer Affiliates, and (c) a "1-800" number to be designated by the Parties for Members and potential Members. The Parties do not intend to use the channels described in clauses (b) and (c) of this Section 1.16 until they execute a separate agreement with respect to those channels.

Sales Channels means those certain sales channels through which Company sells its Goods and/or Services during the Term, including (as applicable) but not limited to: (i) retail locations which are owned and operated by Company or Company’s licensees or franchisees and using the Company Mxxx and / or the same trademarks, service marks or names as used by Company in its business, (ii) Company’s website; and (iii) Company’s catalog, if any. As a point of clarification, this definition includes different or additional sales channels that are part of Company’s expansion of its business as then constituted, if such expansion includes sales channels operated under the same trade name(s) as Company. For example: the opening of a new store or development of a website through either (i) “organic growth” or (ii) acquisition of the assets of a competitor. In addition, Sales Channels may be removed through the closing of a store, discontinuation of a license, or discontinuation of website or catalog.
