Saleable Area definition

Saleable Area of a Flat shall mean the Built-Up Area of such Flat and the Proportionate Undivided Share attributable to such Flat.

Saleable Area means the area as mentioned in Part II of the First Schedule hereunder written.

Saleable Area according to the context shall in relation to the said Unit in the Building mean and include the built-up area of the said Unit and proportionate share of the area of the Common Areas and Installations.
