Sale Option definition

Sale Option shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 20.1 of the Lease.

Examples of Sale Option in a sentence

  • The Lender may exercise its rights under the Investor Security Deed to effect repayment of your Loan in the event of non- payment, or in certain circumstances you may be deemed to have elected to use the Agency Sale Option.

  • At Maturity, if the Loan has been repaid, the Issuer will deliver the Delivery Parcel to the Custodian or its nominee unless the Investor has elected to use the Agency Sale Option.
