Sale Notice Date definition

Sale Notice Date means the Trading Day during the Commitment Period upon which a Sale Notice to sell Common Stock to the Investor is deemed delivered pursuant to Section 2.3(b) hereof.

Sale Notice Date means, with respect to each Quarter, the single date that is ten (10) days prior to the first Business Day of the Purchaser’s Trading Window.
